Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy
At Nasastorekw, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Invoice Requirement
To benefit from return, exchange, or warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.
2. Eligible Items
Returns and exchanges apply to all items except electronic devices, including but not limited to Apple devices.
3. Product Condition
The item must be returned in the same condition as purchased, unopened, and in its original packaging.
4. Return & Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
5. Promotional Items
If the returned item was part of a promotional offer:

The promotional item must be returned in its original condition, or

The value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
6. Payment Method Refund Policy

Purchases made using gift vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
7. Third-Party Payment Providers
Refunds for payments collected through third-party companies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
Customers must provide the payment receipt along with the invoice to process the refund, subject to provider approval.
8. Shipment Condition Upon Delivery
Receiving the shipment from the courier company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the package (carton) is sealed, intact, and has not been opened prior to delivery.
9. Return Period Calculation
The return or exchange period is calculated starting from the delivery date, and the original invoice received with the shipment must be provided.
10. Installment Purchases
Orders paid through installment companies cannot be refunded immediately.
A refund request must first be submitted to the installment company for approval or rejection.
11. Installment & Electronic Payments
Products purchased through installment companies or electronic payment providers are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Responsibility

If the mistake in the order is made by the customer, the customer bears the full shipping cost (both ways).

If the mistake is made by Nasastorekw, the store bears the full shipping cost (both ways).

If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned by the courier, the customer bears the shipping cost (both ways). If the customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping fees will apply.
